Rapid immune monitoring system for precision medicine

Innovative immune checkpoint inhibitors improved cancer immunotherapy, however, the clinical anti-tumor immune responses vary in individuals, thus requiring precision medicine.  Our on-going mission is the development of rapid & quantitative immune monitoring system using peripheral blood to evaluate anti-tumor immune responses.

This MUSCAT-assay system can predict immune reaction before therapy. This system support the clinical trial for combination immune therapy by monitoring immune response. Using this profiling data, patients can receive personalized optimum therapy. Pharmaceutical company improves clinical trial success rate. This virtuous cycle reduces health care cost.
